Personalized Web Message Delivery Engine let's your recipients hear
and see their message on-demand while they are browsing your site!
The Web Message Delivery Engine works in a variety of scenarios,
including:
- Email
Campaigns: The engine works with the Data and Content Server to
generate recipient-specific URL’s which are included in
one-off or mass email message campaigns. The URL directs the recipient
to a customer-specific landing page, which plays the PersoniCom
personalized voice message on the PC.
- Website
Events: Pre-defined website events - such as clicking a “Submit"
button, trigger the website to pass consumer specific information
to PersoniCom via web-services. The Web Message Delivery Engine
generates an on-demand URL which is inserted in the website. Alternatively,
the website event can immediately stream the voice message to
the consumer. This can occur on a corporate website, or through
a profile page on a social networking site, like Facebook.
- Live
Events: As visitors walk through a live exhibition, location-specific
triggers prompt the request to PersoniCom via web-services. The
personalized message can immediately stream the voice or video
message to speakers and/or video monitors.
- WAPsite
Events: SMS Text messages drive mobile users to a WAP site, which
passes recipient-specific information to PersoniCom via web-services.
The WAPMessage Delivery Engine generates an on-demand variable
voice message which is streamed to the mobile users device.
